About Dockside on Park

What does Dockside mean to me? When we were kids, we had a dream. A dream to one day become a doctor, a firefighter, a professional football player – this was all based off of what we saw on tv or who we looked up to in our lives. Some of us go on to chase those dreams and others realize their calling is somewhere else. As crazy as it may be, Dockside has always been my dream. I was inspired at a very young age by an incredible human being who made me realize this was my calling. I was hooked. I then went on to culinary school in Europe, worked in some incredible restaurants, met some pretty amazing people and learned as much as I could from all the people I crossed paths with. I soon realized as much as I enjoyed working for other people I was ready to set sail and become  my own boss. To see dockside evolve into what it is today still feels like I’m living in a dream. Dockside is the place you go where you have the ability to be whoever you want to be. It’s a place you come to be inspired, an escape from reality and a place you can’t leave without a smile on your face. There are so many things in life to be grateful for and I’m so happy to have chased my dream and am now able to share my passion with my Sea Isle City family.
