Thank you for your interest in Pilates on Park! Every other Saturday at 8 am, join Chandler Moss for a Pilates fusion class on the dock.
Pilates is a full body work out focusing on lengthening while strengthening your muscles in every movement performed. It’s a low-impact workout built to tone and sculpt whilst still providing an intense burn.
Your first class is only $5, with a complimentary coffee offered by Dockside! All following classes will be $20, with a $5 deposit required to save your space on the dock.
